a remodeling project. Knowing where you work, play
and relax helps us create designs that improve the
functionality and flow within your home.Our
close working relationship with city and county building
authorities, planning department, civil engineering
and interior designers, allows us to offer you the
best possible advice.

- Design
process takes four to six weeks
- We
offer well-seasoned, in-house design talent for drafting
blue prints, writing the specifications and estimating
the project and assisting you in selections.

are property's limitations? We research setbacks, codes,
covenants, height restrictions, etc.
- Does
this project make sense in terms of your family's
needs?
- What
is a reasonable project investment for you? Resale

- Can
the exterior be altered to enhance the existing architectural

How
we work with you:
Communication
is essential. You are a crucial part of the design
team. Our top priority is an open line of communication
between everyone involved in your project - throughout
your project. We have a hands-on style of project
management resulting in quality/cost control. We
prepare a detailed schedule and adhere to it.

your initial phone call - We try to determine your
needs
- Consultation -
At your home "what are your ideas," your
budget, detailed measurements, "before" photographs
- Preliminary
cost estimates - It is our responsibility to
make the design fit the budget or notify you of
requirement to downsize or the need to explore
other options
- CAD
drawings - (created by us) and detailed specifications
sheets (25 work categories) presented to you for
your review
- Contract
signed and first payment is due
- Progress
payment schedule as agreed in contract
- Pre-construction
meeting - You will meet the project manager
and lead carpenter responsible for your project
and review the specifications sheets, plans and
schedule.
- Construction - "Construction
Zone," we keep the disruption to your daily
life at a minimum. Our production crew works 40 hours
a week until project is completed
- Necessary
permits are obtained prior to the start of
the project
- A
list of suppliers, with showrooms, is
provided for selections (cabinets, flooring, countertops,
plumbing fixtures, etc.)
- Change
orders - Cost approved by you prior to start
of work.
- Certificate
of completion - Signed by you. Final walk-through
& "after" photographs - Any details
that need further attention are handled immediately
- One
year warranty begins
